Welcome to Clothvyne. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Clothvyne website and your purchase of products from our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About Clothvyne

Clothvyne is an online print-on-demand store offering apparel and other products featuring original designs.

Our products are made to order. We work with third-party fulfillment and production partners, including Printful, to manufacture, process, and ship orders to customers.

2. Products and Product Information

We make every effort to display our products, colors, sizes, designs, and product details as accurately as possible.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and the manufacturing process.

Because our products are printed and produced on demand, minor variations in print placement, color, or appearance may occur.

We reserve the right to correct product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other information at any time without prior notice.

3. Print-on-Demand Products

Clothvyne products are generally produced after an order is placed.

This means that your product may not be manufactured until after you complete your purchase.

Orders are processed through our fulfillment partner, Printful, which may manufacture and ship your order from an appropriate fulfillment facility depending on product availability and destination.

4. Orders

When you place an order with Clothvyne, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, shipping address, email address, and payment information.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that the order can be fulfilled. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Product availability issues

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Payment problems

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue an appropriate refund.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the Clothvyne website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

We use third-party payment providers to securely process payments. Clothvyne does not directly store your complete payment card information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are produced and shipped through our fulfillment partners.

Estimated production and shipping times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Shipping method

  • Fulfillment location

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs or import procedures

  • Holidays or periods of high demand

  • Other circumstances outside our control

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, your order may be delayed, returned, or lost.

If you contact us before your order has been fulfilled, we will make reasonable efforts to help correct the information where possible. However, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or shipment.

Additional charges may apply when an order needs to be reshipped because of incorrect customer-provided information.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because Clothvyne products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Wrong color selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Ordering the wrong product

However, this policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

Our fulfillment partner Printful currently states that quality issues, misprints, and lost packages may qualify for a replacement or refund, subject to its claim requirements and applicable deadlines.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact Clothvyne with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

  • Any other information reasonably required to investigate the claim

Do not return an item unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

10. Order Cancellation

Because our products are made to order, orders may enter production shortly after purchase.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered production or fulfillment.

Where cancellation is legally permitted and possible before production, we will process the cancellation according to our applicable policies.

11. Intellectual Property

All original designs, artwork, graphics, logos, photographs, text, product descriptions, and other content created for Clothvyne are owned by or licensed to Clothvyne, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Clothvyne content without prior written permission.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that any information, content, or material they submit to Clothvyne does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another person or business.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Clothvyne website or products for any unlawful purpose.

You may not:

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation of the website

  • Use the website for fraudulent activities
